Hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) is used for the determination of hydride-forming elements due to its high sensitivity, simplicity, and low cost. A new HG-AFS method for the simultaneous determination of arsenic and lead in vegetable oil is reported. Vortex-assisted extraction with dilute nitric acid was used to isolate arsenic and lead from vegetable oil. The conditions influencing the fluorescence signal, including the carrier fluid, oxidizing agent, and reducing agent, were optimized. The interferences of coexisting ions were also evaluated. Under the optimized conditions, the limits of detection were 0.6 and 0.4?µg?kg?1 for arsenic and lead. The recoveries were from 84.4 to 105% for both metals in vegetable oil. The optimized method was used for the determination of arsenic and lead in commercial vegetable oil. The analytical results by this approach were in good agreement with values obtained by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with microwave digestion. 相似文献

建立了干食用菌中三价铬(Cr(Ⅲ))和六价铬(Cr(Ⅵ))的液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱(LC-ICP-MS)检测方法。采用微波灰化技术对食用菌样品进行灰化处理,灰化样品用乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)二钠盐稳定其中的Cr(Ⅲ),并使其保留在阴离子交换柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,10 μm)上;用含有60 mmol/L硝酸(pH 9.3)的流动相分离其中的Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ),电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定。标准溶液中Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的质量浓度在0.5~50 μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归系数均达到0.9999。食用菌样品中Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)不同加入量的平均回收率为78.0%~90.7%,相对标准偏差小于4%(n=6);定量限均为0.5 μg/L。该方法稳定、可靠、灵敏,可满足干食用菌中Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的测定。 相似文献

报道了离心破乳-气相色谱法测定黑米中残留抑霉唑的方法. 考察了不同离心速率、不同离心时间的破乳效率. 试样以V(正己烷):V(乙酸乙酯)=1:1提取, 经毛细管气相色谱柱HP-5 (30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)分离, μ-ECD检测器测定. 方法检出限为1.0×10-3 mg/kg (S/N=3). 在添标水平0.05、 0.25和0.50 mg/kg时的平均回收率为92.3%~104.3%, 相对标准偏差为6.9%~9.3%. 线性范围为0.02~1.0 mg/L (r2=0.9994). 方法适合黑米中残留抑霉唑的测定. 相似文献

Dendrobium officinale is an important medicinal plant in traditional Chinese medicine. The consumption of D. officinale has increased rapidly in recent years due to the health awareness among Chinese people. The present study aimed to determine trace elements levels in 42 D. officinale samples and to utilize the elemental data for identifying the cultivation technique. Eighteen trace elements (B, V, Cr, As, Mn, Fe, Mo, Cu, Zn, Se, Sr, Sn, Ti, Al, Co, As Pb, Cd, and Bi) were determined by inductively coupled plasma–mass spectrometry. Of the 11 essential elements, the mean concentrations ranged from 30.6?µg?kg?1 (Mo) in D. officinale with greenhouse cultivation to 161?mg?kg?1 (Fe) in D. officinale with rock cultivation, and the contributions of Mn may exceed the dietary reference intake value by the uptake of 20?g of D. officinale. Of the seven toxic elements, the mean concentrations ranged from 3.29?µg?kg?1 (Bi) in the D. officinale with greenhouse cultivation to 342?mg?kg?1 (Al) in the D. officinale with rock cultivation, and the contributions of Al may exceed the provisional tolerable daily intake value by the uptake of 20?g of D. officinale. The concentrations of seven metals (Bi, Pb, Fe, Al, Cr, As, and Mo) were utilized to identify the cultivation technique of the analyzed D. officinale samples through linear discriminant analysis. 相似文献

建立了山茶油中黄曲霉毒素B1含量的高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。通过对前处理方法的优化,选择了甲醇和水作为山茶油中黄曲霉毒素B1的提取溶剂,经免疫亲和柱富集浓缩后,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱进行分析,经C18色谱柱分离,在电喷雾离子化正离子模式(ESI+)及多反应监测模式(MRM)下进行测定,基质匹配标准溶液外标法定量。在优化条件下,该方法线性范围为0.4~6.4μg/L,相关系数r2>0.998,最低检出限为0.026μg/kg,在添加水平为0.008,0.016和0.032μg时,方法回收率在85.9%~93.8%之间;相对标准偏差为1.8%~5.0%。方法可满足山茶油中黄曲霉毒素B1的检测要求。 相似文献

Resonators carved in a single material such as disc, rings, spheres, do not require genuine mirrors since they exploit shape resonances, but they then suffer from poor coupling to standard free-space collimated beams. Exploiting the idea of Littrow resonators combining total internal reflection and grating diffraction, we propose trapezoidal prism-type geometries that include a strong grating on one face, and total internal reflection on the other face. Resonant modes are localized within a length of the same order as the prism thickness, but are well coupled to free-space beams. The resonator core can be seen as a broad waveguide with multimode coupling of “Littrow modes”, a configuration recently pointed out for its capability to produce a “collective” slow-light regime. A more “planar” version, with a saw-tooth input-coupling grating for vertically collimated beam is also proposed. 相似文献
